This cookbook, From the Tip of My Tongue, is a story about my life and the flavors I've collected along the way. It's a trip down memory lane, from my childhood in New Jersey to my adventures as a charter-boat captain and, of course, the vibrant energy of my home in Jamaica.

In these pages, I've shared over 75 of my favorite recipes, alongside stories from my journey. You’ll find everything from simple family meals to some of the more elaborate dishes we serve at my restaurants. My goal was to create a book that feels both personal and practical, with recipes you can actually see yourself making.

Food, for me, has always been about bringing people together and creating something special. I hope this book inspires you to get into the kitchen, play with new flavors, and make a few memories of your own.
